This years Summer Fair will be with us sooner than we think so please put the date in your diary, Saturday 7th July. Plans are under way to make this a great event but we can't do this without your help setting up and running stalls. Girls, this includes you too! We will be having a BBQ this year , afternoon tea, a bar, bouncy castle, bric a bric, coconut shy, face painting, music , shoot the goalie ( thanks to the music and PE depts ) Nail bar , hair braiding and much more . Can you help us with any of this ? We particulary need face painters and nail painters ! We would also like ask you to save your empty jam jars, fill them with treats and send them into school for our jar tombola and for bottle donations for the bottle Tombola nearer the time, not forgetting raffle donations . SUPA are a very small group of parents who work very hard to raise funds so our daughters can benefit from extra learning materials that can't be provided for out of the school budget , a few hours of your time can make a huge difference to our daughters education and opportunities . St Ursulas Parent Association What we do SUPA raises money for the school through a series of enjoyable social events Throughout the year. Don’t forget that all profits raised through SUPA events are used to buy equipment for your child’s school, improving the learning environment. It’s all about helping your child receive the best possible education. Please support us. Together we can make our school even better! Due to lack of interest it has been decided that the 200 club will no longer run . Those of you who have applied to purchase numbers this academic year ( 2011/12) will be contacted soon .
