At St Ursula’s we have introduced a new online Parents’ Evening Booking System.
The Parents’ Evening Booking System has been designed so that parents find it simple to use. Clear instructions will be provided at the time of your daughter’s Parents’ Evening; however the company have created several short videos explaining how to use the system which can be found at the following web address should you wish to look in advance:
How to book your appointments:
When the time comes you will receive an email with a link to the online Booking System (there will also be hardcopy letters available). You will need to go to https://www.parents-booking.co.uk/stursulas8hn to make your appointments.
PLEASE NOTE: You need to type this address into your website browser’s ‘address bar’. Do not try to ‘Google’ this website address or use a search engine as that will not work. This is a common mistake on phones and tablets especially.
To login you will need:
- Your title and surname
- Your child’s first name, surname and date of birth
(These must match those we have on record for you and your daughter.)
Please ensure that your email address and personal details are correct and up-to-date on our school system. (Contact email@example.com 0208 858 4613 to confirm or update this.)
You will be given a date that the system goes live and a deadline date for arranging your appointments.
Once you have logged in, we recommend that you use the ‘Automated Booking Wizard’ to make your appointments. You will be shown your daughter’s teachers and asked to enter your availability. The Wizard will use this information to calculate an order for your appointments which is the most efficient.
Troubleshooting Tips – please read before booking:
- To login you need to enter the details we have on record for you and your daughter. If you have recently changed your title or surname and not informed us, we will be expecting you to login with the details we have on record.
- The email address you enter is only used to receive a confirmation of your appointment. If the system gives you an error when you login, it will not be the email address that is the problem.
- If you have more than one daughter to make bookings for, use the ‘Change Child’ button on the blue bar (above the school’s name) in the very top left corner of the Parent’s Booking Page to swap between your children. This does not apply to the Booking Wizard, where your children are tabbed above the teacher names.
